In 2022, Anthony Watkins (@headhunterant5) suffered a family tragedy & then was ruled ineligible to play for @TulsaFootball in the fall.
In the classroom & on the field, the road back has been hard, but now, he's a @utulsa graduate and an All AAC RB poised for a big season.

🏈 #Tulsa Position Analysis: Running Back
@TulsaCoachKDub says @headhunterant5 "should be one of the better backs in the conference, and he's training like it. He's matured and grown as much as a man as anyone in our program."

Jordan Ford (@JFord0244) has definitely added some weight and looks good.
Anthony Watkins (@headhunterant5) hit the hole and went the distance for a late practice TD that was pretty spectacular.
Nice 1-2 punch at RB for the Golden Hurricane.
🙏🏾🙏🏾
Didn't get a chance to see RBs carry the ball for the portion of practice we could attend, but it's good to see Anthony Watkins (@headhunterant5) seemingly healthy, eligible & at the head of the line during drills.
Watkins averaged 7.4 yds/carry in '21 (D. Prince was at 5.2).
