This is so important. Many people I speak to have given up their jobs or not gone for promotion due to their menopausal symptoms - especially fatigue, anxiety and memory problems. Access to individualised care and treatment for all perimenopausal and menopausal women should be easier than it currently is for so many women
Nearly 700,000 women, 50+, on long term sick leave in this country - often due to anxiety and depression. Yet, the dots of age and symptoms are not joined - that it could be #menopause. We need better training for occupational health specialists to support women in the workplace.

As oestrogen supports brain function, there’s increasing evidence to suggest that taking HRT could also play a key role in reducing the risk of dementia, as shown with this observational research from the University of Arizona Center for Innovation in Brain Science.
This is something I talk more about in my book, and thought it was important to share.

Joy is my fave emotion. Joy is watching someone else light up and stand in their own power. Joy is how we should live each day. Joy is not about money spent but moments had.
Joy is belly laughing over ridiculous things. Joy is finding peace with yourself.
