We almost hit $50,000 MRR 🤯 A year ago, AI search barely mattered. Today, companies pay us to understand how ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and Google AI talk about their brand. It's been a lot of late nights, mistakes, and customer conversations, but seeing this category emerge in real time has been incredible. Grateful to everyone who's trusted us along the way. Next stop: $55k MRR. 🚀

I don't need another AI tool to summarize my emails. I need one that actually does the work. Client asks for a report? Gather the context and prepare it. Someone needs a follow up? Have it ready for approval. That's what Sol is building, and I think this is where AI assistants are headed. hellosol.app

We shipped a BIG update to Sol (hellosol.app)! Sol is for people who have consequential work in their inbox. The most fun part tho - was watching the bets behind this update play out with early users: - 100+ new emails a day - is the norm for a LOT of people: founders, execs, sales, recruiters, consultants, ops. - To make things interesting - every email asks for something different: a decision, an approval, a meeting, a proposal. - The heavy lifting is in: arriving at the decision, doing the review, picking if/when to meet, creating the proposal. - Drafting the reply - is merely the outcome of that heavy lifting. That alone doesn’t solve the real problem. That’s where Sol is different. It works on every email as soon as it arrives, does the heavy lifting each one needs, and prepares it for your approval. You approve or edit. It learns each time and keeps getting better. When your inbox is filled with highly consequential work, you need an assistant that’s doing the heavy lifting, continuously. That’s what we’re building Sol to be - proactive about what you need, 100 times a day, every single day. Extending early access to this big update ✌️

AI summarizing emails is cool, but AI actually preparing the work for you is where things get interesting. This is what I want to see more of. Sol is onto something.

We've spent the last couple years figuring out how brands show up in AI search. Now AI agents are starting to make purchasing decisions for people. The next question is whether those agents recommend your product or your competitor. This is where things are headed. agentconversion.ai

Today, we're introducing Agent Conversion Optimization → agentconversion.ai Muse, Instinct, Grok Bot already process $10B+ a year in GMV via agentic commerce. No GEO tool today tracks who they recommend. So we built it. Each agent behaves very differently from typical LLMs, so we track them separately, then Helena deploys the fixes. 1/ Daily tracking of who Muse, Instinct, Dots recommend, and why 2/ Share of recommendations vs your competitors 3/ Agent path to check out audit 4/ Fixes deployed by Helena to improve your discoverability This is hard to do reliably with little bias given how these agents behave, so we're starting with only 100 initial customers. ChatGPT is now doing roughly 20% of Google's search volume, according to OpenAI. Think about that. Google had a near monopoly on search for 20+ years. Now people are asking AI what to buy, who to hire, and which companies to trust. Most businesses aren't paying attention yet.

AI made everyone a developer. Now everyone gets to find out how hard running a business actually is.

Quick Peekaboo update: we’ve brought the starting price down to $30/month. I wanted to make it easier for smaller teams to see how their brand shows up in AI search. There’s a 14-day trial too (card required). aipeekaboo.com/?utm_source=x…

I wanted to see if I could influence how AI surfaces brands in a local market. So I built the Minnesota Agency Index. On October 26, AI citations of the index nearly tripled overnight. And they've stayed elevated since. We're entering an era where you can actually measure and influence how LLMs discover an entire market. That's pretty wild.

After 15 years as a developer, the biggest skill I picked up wasn't coding, it was learning which problems are worth solving. That came from years of doing the work, making mistakes, feeling the pain first hand. AI can accelerate execution, but it can't replace that
