Indeed - great that Juno allows families to ask literally anything - it doesn’t need to feel ‘big’ enough to arrange an appointment. They don’t need to schedule it either - just when it comes into their head come straight on and ask & get friendly advice and often reassurance.

Hard experience - what can we do? @hellojunoapp - work for a Paediatric app - pairing parents & paediatricians via text messaging. 80% didn’t then need to attend ED /GP/ ring 111. Every little bit improves flow for the rest. Not the only solution but part of solution.
