For those of you who already know about tomorrow's law, a few things people are missing. Old phones, cloud backups and email attachments all count as possession. Forwarding a clip carries more than owning one. A VPN doesn't change what's legal to keep.
Look after yourselves.

WARNING: I see @FetLife has updated their policies to: “restrict certain content from being viewed by people in the United Kingdom”.
On strangulation and suffocation images they state that:
“Pornographic pictures and videos that explicitly and realistically show one person strangling another (applying pressure to their neck) or suffocating them (blocking their breathing by covering their mouth and nose or compressing their chest).”
This appears to reference the MoJ Guidance:
gov.uk/guidance/crime-and-po…
This guidance states that:
“We consider that suffocation will generally mean depriving a person of air in a way that affects their ability to breathe.”
However, government guidance is not binding on a court in interpreting legislation; and Section 106 of the Crime and Policing Act 2026 does not define what constitutes suffocation or strangulation:
legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/202…
Nevertheless, FetLife’s given examples of what their restrictions on strangulation and suffocation images do not include are:
“Breath play done to yourself,
Hands resting on someone's neck without applying pressure,
Collars, chokers, or necklaces worn without applying pressure to the neck,
Rope wrapped around someone's neck without applying pressure,
Ball gags or other gags that don't restrict breathing,
Hoods or masks that don't restrict breathing,
Facesitting that doesn't restrict breathing,
Someone sitting or lying on another person's chest without restricting their breathing”.
BEWARE: these examples should not be relied upon, since it is for a court to decide, based on the images in question (the evidence) whether a possession or publication offence has been committed.

For clients and buyers:
• this covers possession, so it applies to you, not just creators
• check downloads, phones, cloud backups, email and chat apps
• clips bought before 6 Nov aren't exempt
• if you're sent something, delete it promptly
• write to your MP too

RIP to all the THOUSANDS of Porn & Content material that had to be deleted by today by every Porn Star / Company & Creator in order for us all to not end up being arrested and jailed by this clown show of a government for the most beige basic sexual acts 🪦🤡
Stay Beige and remember not to sit on anyone’s face or suck a cock that may make you gag going forward 🤪🫶🏻

If your partner is neurodivergent and she stops dead in the parking lot to point at the sunset, learn the word glimmer.
Her nervous system is on alert most of the day. A glimmer is a tiny moment that tells it, for a second, that it's safe. She grabs every one she can find.
You think she's slowing you down.
Don't keep walking and say "Come on, babe." Stop. Stand behind her. Look where she's pointing. "Show me."
She's been told to grow up her whole life by people who never stopped to look.

BREAKING: UK platforms must now keep written “crisis protocols,” monitor for surges in harmful content in real time, and maintain direct lines to law enforcement.
The High Court also just backed Ofcom’s demand that Meta, WhatsApp, X and TikTok hand over user data broken down by age.
Emergency powers always arrive as safety measures, and they rarely leave.

I'm agreeing with Tom Harwood. That's how bad this is.

It’s finally here. The new video which took 2 weeks and was made with the assistance of Keith Linder is truly a terrifying story you don't want to miss. It's also without a doubt the most in depth and longest video I've made in a long time. youtu.be/_aAnRvne_pU
