4 times per week I host online meetup of a Lazy Language Club. Anyone can join, as currently we are performing based on donations. paralang.framer.ai/ #langtwt

vibecoding is amazing because it allows you to churn out ten side project with zero users per year instead of only two

Replying to @AdamWhitcroft
My workflow has shifted. Figma is effectively my scratch pad for loose and early exploration as well as tricky specific ui problem solving. Ultimately everything ends up as a coded prototype and is the source of truth for the end-to-end experience.

1/10 My workflow changed a lot in the last 6 months. I donโ€™t just generate UI, features, or processes from a task anymore. I design through iteration + Ai. โฌ‡๏ธ

9/10 This matters most in orgs used to old UI/processes that consumed a full workday. My redesign cuts it to ~20 minutes. Sounds great on slides. Reality: docs, internal processes, habits, muscle memory. Youโ€™re not just changing UI โ€” youโ€™re changing behavior.

10/10 People donโ€™t love that. So we added โ€œlaunch on clientโ€: demo to the whole team, 1โ€“2 weeks on staging, collect feedback. Then warn + roll out to a specific client. Less shock, less resistance. Obvious idea, rarely done. Glad to work with CEOs/PMs who care.

I accidentally fell into a hyperfocus wormhole and now Iโ€™m designing a polyglot alphabet art zine for the Lazy Language Club. It teaches nothing, breaks all rules, and is definitely not approved by linguistic authorities. Perfect. #langtwt

Printed test samples to draw on them, use them like a notebook, to make next iteration. And printed 10 copies to send to Bucharest to a small bookstore that sells zines ๐Ÿฅณ
