I don’t know the solution, but this election was about more than choosing between a terrible option and a bad option for executive. (5/n)

It was about choosing to stave off authoritarianism and preserve the republic vs suicidally steer into oncoming traffic and give up what the Founders of this country envisioned for our future. We are lost. (6/6)

The consequences will reverberate far beyond the next 4 yrs. The detrimental effects of dismantling large portions of the institutions and customs that kept America free of authoritarianism for 250 yrs will affect every day of the rest of the lives of everyone reading this. (3/n)

It will take most of my children’s lives to correct, if we as a nation find the will to correct course. I’m not sure it will happen, sadly, unless we break free from a two party system that has lead to almost complete stagnation at the legislative level. (4/n)

Yes, I’m angry that Trump, a blatantly self-serving narcissist, conman, and fairly convicted criminal will get away with his crimes. And I’m pissed that he will use his second term to enrich his family beyond imagination. Kleptocracy full send. (1/n)

But I’m sad about what Trump’s second win says about America. America voted against the rule of law. America voted against civil discourse. America voted against respect for diversity. America voted against respect for science. (2/n)

Trump was not an aberration but a culmination of decades of corruption and elite criminal impunity. He rose through a dark network and exploited Americans' material pain. Dems have so far done little to alleviate either crisis, and worse, they show little interest in doing so.

If Dems and other officials do not hold the perperators of past admin crimes accountable *and* tackle the structural issues that made the US vulnerable to mafia state rule, all the Biden admin will be is a brief interlude between aspiring autocracy and entrenched autocracy.

Election 2024—what a dumpster fire. If you follow me on IG, you know how I feel. Vote KH for all the reasons she’s right. And after the election we’ll fight like hell to chg US policy in the M.E. No chance for better w DJT, who mustn’t be allowed reigns of power again.✌🏻Happy 🎃

#SOHO24 Subklewe: using BispAb in lower disease burden (ie, MRD) may be best approach. NK cell therapies also be tested in MRD setting.
