Works include removing existing fittings, dividing the space into three units, upgrading fire safety, removing one of the staircases, and installing new bathrooms, electrics, plumbing, ventilation and a new heating system using air source heat pumps and electric radiators.
The £600,000 project is funded through a combination of grants and loans from Kent County Council (@Kent_cc), Kent Community Foundation (@KentCommunity) and the Architectural Heritage Fund (@ArchHFund).
We have a fantastic opportunity to take on our ground floor commercial unit at the Old Wine Warehouse in the heart of Ramsgate town centre. Suitable for a variety of uses, but with planning permission for café/restaurant with potential for up to 88 covers.
