Control Resonant! I'm just going to keep this short and sweet (after playing roughly 12 hours) : Once you get through the beginning portion (it's not bad, they're just laying the groundwork), and you start exploring the world, it FANTASTICLY delicious in so many different ways!

The Blood of #Dawnwalker will receive a Performance Mode targeting 60 FPS on PS5, PS5 Pro, and Xbox Series X on Day 1 through the launch patch. On Friday, we answered your questions about console performance with what we knew we could confidently deliver at launch. Performance Mode was already in the works, but it was still being tested. We simply weren’t ready to promise it yet. We heard your feedback. It was clear how much this mattered to many of you, so we focused on finishing the next round of tests. Those results gave us the confidence we needed to confirm Performance Mode for Day 1.

It is time! It's been ages since a new game has come along and completely upset every expectation I had. Crimson Desert is that game. As someone that hadn't kept up with it, holy moly, the results are genuinely insane and this is the first complete look at the console version!

it's increasingly more difficult to shape your own unique identity in video games, but Crimson Desert has seemingly found a way. as gameplay previews roll out, it appears is may even live up to expectations. maybe even surpass? can't wait to get my hands on it to find out.

I love the fiercely enigmatic zeitgeist surrounding the release of Crimson Desert. They've revealed quite a bit in terms of gameplay, but there are still so many questions that need answers. This may just be Baldur's Gate 3 situation for Pearl Abyss.
