New here, so here is what you get. Three things. One. How to put AI to work in your business and your life. Two. How to run business software and automation, mostly ClickUp. Three. How I run my own week, which I call mindful productivity. Follow if that is your problem.

Anthropic's own prompting guide says to dial it back, and most CLAUDE.md files shout. Find the bold and caps words (must, never, critical) and swap them for plain sentences. Then run /doctor prompt audit and approve what it suggests.

A Claude chat forgets you. A Claude project doesn't. It loads your context once from your files, so every conversation starts already knowing your business. Make one for a single part of your business.

I save 24 hours a month by talking to my laptop and skipping the typing. You speak 4x faster than you type. Try a few voice transcription apps on their free trials and keep the one that suits you. WaveNote: getwavenote.com

Seam is back on Product Hunt today. It turns your Mac's notch into a Dynamic Island. Dictate into any app, control music, and see when Claude Code finishes. The voice model runs on your Mac. $19.90 once, free for 48 hours with no card.

Claude Code builds a new dropdown, font or layout every time you ask for a screen. Fix: npx skills add shadcn, then add one line to CLAUDE.md: only use shadcn components, never build UI on your own. All your screens then share one library.

11 products, $1,164 MRR on 31 Oct, and one of them made all of October's growth. ClickUp to Sheets went from $1,003 to $1,039. People find it on the Google Workspace Marketplace, install it and pay without talking to anyone. The other 10 added $0.

Procrastination is usually one unmet condition. Wrong topic, wrong format. Name it in a single sentence. Change it. Start today. What condition would honor you into doing it?

Agency founder? Call your best 5 leads. Pick the 5 you talked best with from your last 100 clients, send each one a line, and ask what's broken for them right now, like a doctor diagnosing a patient. It updates your positioning, offer and outreach.

I stopped using ClickUp Brain and run ClickUp 100% from Claude Code. You install the ClickUp MCP, create a Claude project, use it daily and ask it to learn from each session. You'll pay way less than for ClickUp's own AI.

Your static files go in Markdown. Mine is 1,935 of them. A client status that changes every hour doesn't become file 1,936. It goes in a Supabase database.

I went for a run and Claude edited 10 Shorts. It opened several video editors at once, one per Short, and made the cuts. The retakes are gone. The motion graphics are in. Here's how you can set up the same thing for your own Shorts: upsys-consulting.com/en/edit…

Claude Code will break your proposal template one day. I'd make a free GitHub account, turn the client folder into a private repo, then commit and push. A commit is a photo of your files, a push sends those files to the cloud, and you can go back to the last photo in one step.

Turn on time tracking in a ClickUp space and every member can log time on every task and subtask. You can't restrict either one. I'd send each entry to a webhook and let an outside automation cancel the ones that break your rules.

Claude / pinterest is a sick b-roll finder!

All 19 of my AI agents ran on Sonnet, even the 3 that design. Staff yours like a kitchen: Fable, head chef, $50 Opus, sous chef, $20 Sonnet, line cook, $10 Haiku, runner, $0.50 Opus gets taste calls, Sonnet recipes. Haiku never decides: your chef only tastes what it brings.
