Kassenpatienten zahlen mit ihren Versichertenbeiträgen die Gesundheitsversorgung von Bürgergeldempfängern. Das kostet die gesetzlichen Krankenkassen 10-12 Mrd € pro Jahr.
Das Geld fehlt in der Versorgung. Dafür zahlen die Kassenpatienten auch noch höhere Beiträge.
