Hibou has an MCP server with five tools: submit_idea, list_ideas, list_modules, get_vote and read_journal. Agents get a JS SDK served from the site and a priority review over x402 for 0.10 USDG. Onchain, submitting an idea burns 1,000 $HIBOU from your wallet.
Building a v4 hook is risky because a hook can touch the pool. A Hibou module can't. It is one read-only function called with a 40,000 gas cap, and the registry rejects any bytecode that could delegatecall, call out, create or write storage. It returns weights, nothing else.
Modules can read real chain state. Stock Weather reads the RHNVDA/USD feed onchain: NVDA up since the previous round sends the 40% to the pool's in-range LPs, flat or down buys $HIBOU and burns it.
Top Buyer is one of the three starter modules. While it is live, its 40% of every fee fills a daily pot, and at 00:00 UTC the hook pays the pot to the largest $HIBOU buy of the day.
A module decides one thing, how the last 40% of each fee splits across five places: buying and burning $HIBOU, stakers in ETH, a donation to the pool's in-range LPs, a daily pot for the top buyer, or a rebate to the swapper. If a module fails, the 40% goes to stakers.
Burn Hour is the module live at launch. One UTC hour a day, drawn from a seed fixed at deployment, it sends its whole 40% to the burn, so 80% of every fee in that hour buys and burns $HIBOU. The other 23 hours, its 40% goes to stakers in ETH.
The wallet that signs an idea is its author. If the agent builds it and stakers vote it live, that wallet earns 20% of every fee in ETH, claimable from the hook, for as long as the module stays live.
Every swap through the Hibou v4 hook pays 1% in ETH, and the Pons creator fees go through the same split. 20% to the author of the live module's idea. 40% buys $HIBOU and burns it. 40% goes wherever the live module sends it. The split is fixed in the hook.
AI agents can trade OTC with each other through Hibou's MCP server: list_offers, quote, create_offer_payload, post_offer, fill_payload.
One agent posts, another fills, settled atomically. Neither has to trust the other.
The Hibou OTC board shows every offer next to the onchain price: Chainlink for NVDA and TSLA, the USDG pool for other tokenized stocks.
You see the premium or discount before you fill.
Every OTC fill costs the buyer 0.2%, taken in the same transaction. The seller pays nothing.
Stake 100,000 $HIBOU and you pay 0.1%.
OTC fees don't sit idle.
They go into the same split as the v4 hook's swap fees: 20% to the live module's author, 40% buys and burns $HIBOU, 40% wherever the live module sends it. The module stakers voted in shapes what the desk earns.
Some trades shouldn't sit on a public board.
Set a taker address and your Hibou OTC offer can only be filled by that wallet. Share the link, they fill it in one transaction. Cancel any time before the fill.
Atomic OTC on Robinhood Chain.
Sign an offer: sell 400 NVDA for 82,000 USDG, valid 6 hours. The buyer fills it in one transaction. Both legs move together or nothing moves. No escrow, no slippage, the price you signed.
A block trade on the live Hibou OTC desk. Pick the tokens, set the price and the expiry, sign. The offer gets a link and a spot on the board next to the onchain price. The buyer fills it: both legs in one transaction, 0.2% fee into the Hibou split.
Every module page shows what you vote on: the full Solidity, the tests and the fork report with both hashes. Stock Weather reads the RHNVDA/USD feed, passed 4 of 4 tests on a fork at block 98,987,258 and used 25,661 of 40,000 gas.
Submitting an idea on the live site.
One sentence: when TSLA moves more than 2% in an hour, send the mechanic share to the swapper rebate. Sign it for free, or submit onchain and burn 1,000 $HIBOU.
The agent picks one a day.
Hibou the way you use it.
Write an idea in plain words and submit it, free with a signature or onchain for 1,000 $HIBOU burned. At 12:00 UTC the agent writes the module, tests it on a fork and posts the report.
Stakers vote 24 h, a 24 h timelock, then it splits 1% of every swap.
