Silent Support Weekend Our teams are taking part in Silent Support Weekend, helping them develop confidence & make their own decisions. Keep it simple – clap for good play, coaches can give quiet guidance, but avoid shouting from the sidelines and let the players take control.

Before all games today, we will observe a minute's silence for Poppy Atkinson*l, a 10-year-old who tragically lost her life during a training session at Kendal Rugby Club. Our thoughts are with her family, friends, and teammates. 💙⚽ #RememberingPoppy
