DGML aims to become a shared document standard for agent-ready private-market data. Spec and reference implementation stay open so any team can adopt, extend, and contribute to that goal.

The audit report for the NVNM ERC-20 token implementation is now public.

This is what NVNM Chain is built for. Every AI agent has a beneficial owner and an onchain record of what it did, so accountability can be verified, not assumed.

Private markets have traditionally reported on fixed schedules. On NVNM Chain, every update creates a new version, timestamped and anchored onchain, allowing authorized parties to independently verify the latest data whenever needed.

Major U.S. banks report unauthorized activity from third-party AI agents inside customer accounts, per Axios. Agentic finance only works when a bank can verify which agent acted, for whom, and under what approval. NVNM Chain exists to make that attestation independently checkable.

Simon's map lands on the right final layer: an audit trail for the whole flow. Permission, identity, and intent all need a record that every counterparty can check without taking the agent's word for it. That is accountability infrastructure for agentic activity. The proof goes onchain, the data stays private.
Your agent looks like a giant fraud and liability problem to your bank. Even if you sent it. The bank needs to know who it’s acting for and whether you approved what it’s doing. I mapped the protocols that could make this work:

Settlement is the part of agentic finance that is getting solved fastest. Stablecoins move value instantly and globally, even in small amounts. The harder question sits upstream: what data did the agent rely on before it paid? An agent that settles in seconds on unverified inputs just moves bad decisions faster. The real bottleneck is data.
Incredibly bullish on stablecoins. ~$5T of global commerce could be driven by agents by 2030. Stablecoins are the best payment method for agentic finance (AiFi) because agents need instant, global, real time settlement, including for small amounts. We've built the infrastructure to support this at: coinbase.com/developer-platf…

What is NVNM Chain? It is a Layer 1 blockchain with its own validator set. When an AI agent or a company does a piece of work, a fingerprint of that work is recorded on NVNM Chain. The data itself stays private. But the proof of the data goes onchain. Later, anyone authorized to check can confirm what was done, when, and by whom. That is all it is. Accountability infrastructure for agentic activity.

Private markets don’t have a data shortage. They have a verifiable data shortage. @InveniamIO is building AI-ready private market data so agents and counterparties can check the actual work, not just read the PDF. Anchored on @NVNM_Chain. That is the point of the stack. 🤖🛜

Join the growing community of NVNMers who are already getting excited about our L1 network launch!
The more I look into $NVNM, the more interesting the model becomes. It’s not just another token preparing for a TGE. What really stands out to me is the foundation: ➜ 1B fixed supply with no new $NVNM issuance ➜ Network fees paid in stablecoins ➜ A portion of network fees supporting programmatic $NVNM buybacks ➜ Verifiable activity for AI agents and institutional workflows That combination is what makes NVNM different to me. The TGE is one milestone, but I’m more interested in what happens when real activity starts flowing through the network. That’s where the real test begins.

The updated NVNM Chain Whitepaper is now anchored on NVNM Chain. Its metadata and timestamp are recorded onchain, so anyone can verify the document hasn't changed. Our own infrastructure, used on our own documents. Verify the record: api.nvnmchain.io/NVNM-Chain/…

An $NVNM design choice: zero inflation of total supply to secure the network. Max supply is fixed at 1B and no new tokens are ever minted, not even to pay validators. They're paid in stablecoins from network fees instead.

Under the $NVNM tokenomics design, about 19% of supply circulates at launch: 👩‍👩‍👧‍👦 Public Sale (10%) 💧 Liquidity (5%) 🤝 Partners (4%) Team tokens at launch: 0️⃣ Investor tokens at launch: 0️⃣ Both tranches sit behind a 12-month cliff before vesting even starts.

🛜🤖 @NVNM_Chain was built to run on stablecoin gas. Agents get consistent, predictable costs. Validators get paid in stablecoins from real network activity, not inflationary token emissions that dilute holders. Usage pays for the network. Value accrual back to $NVNM. 🤖🛜
