It's time to build again. I'm working on an improved options site for XCH, my last one was clunky. The goal is to make this a Sage App.

Let's talk chia options contracts.. Is it possible to do something similar to secure-the-mint but for options? Basically make an offer that - when accepted the offer mints the option and trades it?

Most rare Chia Friends #9098 (Gene beard) was minted on block height 2,210,029, 2022-07-04. Visualized and immortalized in this nft, directly drawn from the original block content.

The BlockHeight website is up, on testnet for now ✌️ Pick any #Chia block, shape it and see what happened in it. Trying it costs nothing. Minting needs a code. Free mints are coming. Until then: play with it, and post your favourite block.

25 years ago today, we introduced the iPod. 1,000 songs in your pocket. A small team. An unforgiving deadline. We had months to bring the hardware, software, and music experience together. Proud of what we built and that it means so much to people still today. A device that has been woven in many ways into our lives. People have filled their iPods with road trips, breakups, workouts, special occasions with family and friends. How cool that the iPod has become part of culture and our stories. 25 years, it’s hard to believe! Celebrating the team that made it happen today 👏 @StevenLevy was there from the start @WIRED wired.com/story/im-still-con…

I’m Still Convinced the iPod Was the Perfect Gadget

Apple’s original music player got many things right. Chief among them: It didn’t connect to the internet.

Generative art and @MintGarden_io‘s dynamic minting fit together almost perfectly. I've spent two years finding that out with BlockHeight. A thread for artists and developers on #Chia, because I'd love to see much more of this here.

Coin Center in Politico Decoded this morning. Crypto is working its way into Wall Street. DC is embracing centralized issuers using blockchains. What’s lost in all this is the cypherpunk, private, self-sovereign original purpose of the technology. That’s what we fight for.
