End of an era. We announce that club will be folding and not taking part in the 25/26 season. Thanks to all those who have given us a game and we wish u well for the season ahead 🙏👏🏼
Anyone available for a friendly next Sunday 27th, our opponents who we where due to play have just been ignoring us so need to find a new opponent 🙏
We only have 31st August left now for a pre season friendly, if your interested then please give us a message 👍🏼
Looking to start getting some pre season games organised for the 25/26 season ahead. If you fancy a pre season friendly then give us a message 👍🏼
Next up we play our reverse fixture against @ClubFutbolGiro at Home, looking to take last weeks performance into this one and continue our good run.
Great result for us today following a slow start in the league. Set pieces cost us the 4 goals today but apart from that we where solid, onto our next game now and take the momentum into that one 💪🏻👏🏼 #UTFH
Quarter Final charity cup 1-9. The lads where outstanding today 🔥👏🏼 didn’t take the foot off the gas from minute 1, into the semi finals 💪🏻👏🏼⚽️🏆
FT Blythewood 1 Holbank 3.
Great start to the season for the lads today, started off slow but we found our feet and won the game comfortably in the end, into the next round of the charity cup 💪🏻
FT- 4-1. A great end to the pre season, lots of great football played today, take nothing away from @OPSFootballClub who made us work, good luck for the season ahead 👏🏼
A good battle from the lads today, a couple of drop outs prior and a few injuries we battled on and produced some good football, could of won the game but 2 mistakes lead to there 2 goals, onto the next 💪🏻
Next up in preseason will see us play @Altcar_FC for an evening game. The lads are looking forward to kicking on and playing our football.
Yesterday’s game against @ClayBrowAth was a tough game, wasn’t about the result but we will take away the experience of playing a top side who will be tough for anyone to play against, good luck to them for the season ahead 👏🏼
We take on @ClayBrowAth tomorrow at JMO 11am KO. We will be holding a minutes silence prior to kick off for those 3 girls tragically killed in Southport. Our thoughts and prayers go out to them & their family, black armbands will be worn during the game.
My friend Cristina Jones is fundraising for Alder Hey Children's Charity. Check out their @JustGiving page and please donate if you can. Thank you! #JustGiving justgiving.com/page/swifties…
From all of us at Holbank we send our thoughts & prayers to those affected in yesterday’s horrific events in Southport.
Our 3rd game today ended in defeat, first half we should have scored at least 3 but didn’t hit the target. Played some good football today and lots of positives to take from it, take nothing away from Rainford Rangers as they made us work !!
Up next for our 3rd preseason friendly is Rainford Rangers, after a brilliant result last week the lads look to continue this into our game Sunday, starting to find our feet now so hoping for another positive result.
Second game of preseason today and we came away with the win, @FormbyAthletic1 gave us a good game today, the lads grafted hard and got the result we needed and deserved, massive improvement. Good luck to Formby Ath for the season ahead 👏🏼💪🏻
Next up in preseason will see us play @FormbyAthletic1, we know it’s going to be a tough game and the lads are looking to bounce back from last game and take the positive’s into this game.
