They are police officers, and they are involved in corruption. They demanded money from me in exchange for removing my name from a case. When I refused to pay, they allegedly added my name to an existing case and are now attempting to implicate me in another new case as well.
Furthermore, they entered my flat without presenting any search warrant, broke down my flat door.
I have now collected evidence and details relating to their alleged corruption and misconduct.
I intend to take legal action against all the officers involved, including the Investigating Officers (IOs) handling both the previous and the current cases, as well as every other officer involved in these incidents through court.
I will pursue legal action against all of them and seek accountability for the alleged corruption, illegal entry, destruction of property, assault, and misuse of police authority.

The Central Government has told the Delhi High Court that it plans to “remove” a century-old mosque on the premises of Krishi Bhawan. It said that retaining the structure within the office complex is “impermissible and incompatible with the secular character of Government property”.

Human rights lawyers Imaan Mazari-Hazir and Hadi Ali Chattha deserve justice. Today they were sentenced to ten years in prison on counts of “terrorism.” Their crime? Defending activists, lawyers and marginalized communities that were subjected to enforced disappearances and unjust charges.
They underwent an unfair trial for this fearless human rights work. Authorities must immediately release Imaan and Hadi and drop all charges against them.

He is Mr John Daniel of Laymen’s Evangelical Fellowship of India (LEFI), an Indian-origin US citizen who recently lost his OCI status.
LRPF pursued this matter through sustained complaints and persistent follow-up with the Government of India, while also communicating with Indian consular offices in the United States. Our continued efforts ultimately culminated in the cancellation of John Daniel’s OCI status by the Government of India.
BREAKING: After years of our continuous follow-up and communication with the MHA Foreigners Division, Bureau of Immigration and Indian consular offices in the US, the Government of India cancelled the OCI registration of John Daniel of Laymen's Evangelical Fellowship India over Christian missionary activities in Tamil Nadu, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. The Madras High Court has upheld the cancellation, finding that he had engaged in missionary preaching without the required permission.
WHY IS IT SO IMPORTANT?
Laymen’s Evangelical Fellowship India (LEFI), registered in Nungambakkam, Chennai, is associated with John Daniel, an Indian-born American citizen engaged in religious and missionary activities in India on behalf of the organisation while holding OCI status. LEFI’s presence is particularly notable in Andhra Pradesh’s coastal districts of Prakasam, Guntur and Nellore, and its wider network of churches across India warrants systematic documentation and scrutiny of compliance with applicable laws.
CASE OF STUARTPURAM VILLAGE, ANDHRA PRADESH?
Stuartpuram was historically associated with communities branded as “criminal tribes” under the British colonial Criminal Tribes Act of 1871. This stigma reflected colonial policies of collective suspicion and social control, not any inherent criminality of the communities concerned. From the mid-20th century, Christian organisations, including LEFI undertook outreach activities in the region involving religious conversions in the guise of moral education and employment initiatives.

This is for all who argue about reservations.
- In 2022, a 9 year old Dalit boy in Rajasthan died after his teacher allegedly beat him for touching a water pot at school.
- In 2025, a Dalit couple in Uttarakhand was allegedly denied a temple wedding due to caste discrimination. Police filed a case under the SC/ST Act.
- In 2025, Dalit men in Rajasthan's Churu were allegedly assaulted over temple entry during a religious procession. Police registered a case against the accused.
According to NCRB data, 57,789 crimes against Scheduled Castes were recorded in 2023.
These are registered cases, and the actual number of incidents may be higher.
Whenever reservation is discussed, people question merit. But how often do we discuss unequal access to good schools, family wealth, opportunities and social support? A fair competition needs a fair chance for everyone.
No one is superior because of their birth.

Instagram removes the reel posted on LiveLaw's official page about the ECI's affidavit in the #SupremeCourt.
The reel, which was only an explanation of the ECI's version, was removed by Instagram saying, "We received a legal request to restrict this content".
There is no explanation how the reel (instagram.com/reel/De_dnDnOW…) violated any law.
