On Saturday night, the club hosted a special tribute dinner in honour of club stalwart Terry Hayes, celebrating an incredible 50 years of dedicated service to Linfield Football Club. It was a fitting occasion to recognise Terry’s remarkable contribution to the Blues, with friends, family, former playing colleagues, ex-Linfield players and supporters coming together to celebrate a man who has given so much to the club over the past five decades. The evening provided an opportunity to look back on Terry’s many years at Linfield, sharing memories and stories from throughout his association with the club and recognising the lasting impact he has made on so many people along the way. Terry said: “I would like to thank everyone who supported my tribute dinner on Saturday night. Your presence made the event very special to me. “It was great to see friends, family, my old playing colleagues, many ex-Linfield players and supporters sharing a very emotional night. “Thank you also to my committee for organising this event.” Everyone at Linfield FC would like to congratulate Terry on 50 remarkable years of service and thank him for his outstanding dedication and commitment to the club 💙
