If you're reading this and somehow find that it resonates with you, I just want you to know, For what it's worth, it's never too late or, in my case, too early, to be whoever you want to be. You can change or stay the same. We can make the best or the worst of it. I hope you see things that startle you. I hope you feel things you've never felt before. I hope you meet people with a different point of view. I hope you live a life you're proud of. And if you find that you're not, I hope you have the strength to start all over again.
I grew up in difficult circumstances. I had nobody. My parents were taken away. I was poor. I had nothing. I lost the people I loved. I failed. I fall. But through it all, even if the universe offered me an alternate reality where wealth could cover up my wounds and make it all disappear, I wouldn't have it any other way. Because the pain made me who I am today.

If you don't try, you're guaranteed to lose. Or you could take a great risk. Perhaps you'll lose or perhaps you pull off a marvelous victory in history.
There are no rules to this game. It’s just that we’ve been conditioned by a system designed to keep us from becoming who we want to be and doing what we truly want to do. But you were never meant to remain trapped forever. You can break free, unlearn what confines you, and find your own way through the chaos. This is just a phase in your life, a lesson to learn before the escape.

I understand that it might seem harsh or overwhelming to those who aren't used to this kind of pace. It's crazy, I know. But the day I retire and have all the time in the world, I can do whatever I want and wake up whenever I want. It just feels weird not to lock in. That’s when I learned that no matter where you are in life, there’s always more to conquer. And that’s the level of discipline it takes to push yourself beyond your limits wherever life takes you.

I suggest that young people build their stress tolerance early because there's no such thing as easy money. KPIs aren't just measured quarterly. They're part of your everyday life. There are daily meetings to provide updates and weekly meetings to monitor progress. And monthly meeting to get raw dawg. You want RM2K? You must deliver. RM5K? Deliver. RM10K? Deliver. The higher your income, the greater the expectations. Learn to handle pressure, take responsibility, and deliver results. That's the reality of the working world. Thats why these hardworking rich people get offended when you tell them they're "lucky". It is more than just a degree. Its war.

Me? I eat suffering for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I just don’t talk about it.

One time, I asked this smart kid who thought he was above everyone else and claimed he was the real deal, working like hell, “What's the best part of the company?” His answer? “Pantry dia sedap doh. Unlimited, best gila. Facilities pun best.”
Been there, done that. Got it all at a very young age. The company had a full spa, exclusive café with unlimited food, a proper man cave with all the latest gaming setups, a pool, and many more facilities you couldn’t even imagine. And here’s my dumbass, walking out of meetings after handling shit, thinking, “Siapa sial ada masa nak enjoy semua ni? Aku nak makan pun tak ada selera.” Now I know who gets to enjoy all these perks while the team and I carry the whole company on our backs. And ironically, yang tak buat kerja ni lah yang aura farming, terpaling bijak daripada semua orang, and complaining all the freaking time. All these facilities were meant to fulfil staff well being compliance requirements. That’s all. But indirectly, they were also designed to keep NPCs loyal to the company. That’s why you see so many people talk big but struggle to take risks or survive beyond their comfort zones. They get so settled that they start believing staying in the same place forever is what stability means. Funny how that works.

Having worked at Google and Microsoft, I can tell you that 80% of the workforce does very little work, yet makes the most of all the perks… restaurants, barber, video games and even free cinema…

Elon is a great example of winning big in life. Look at his body language and how he doesn’t even speak very professionally; he has come a long way. Study him as much as possible.
Whenever I feel demotivated i rewatch this... Elon Musk in a living room in 2008, 12 days from bankruptcy, pitching a $109,000 car to people...
