My honest thoughts as a 290k Bloodhound with 15k hours, about the rework. Passive is way better visually and the raven is more convenient to use. Less visual clutter compared to before. Tactical isn't as good as before. Lost 1 second of scan for... snapshots? - more in comments

It's super easy to counter for anyone with functioning ears or eyes. Its not as fun to use as the old ult. I wouldn't really say it's better or worst. Just different. 1 gave you a 30s speed boost which you could extend and the other a possible surprise

Overall, i'm glad they decided to look into bloodhound but i don't think this rework was great character-wise. We'll see Bloodhounds pickrate drop pretty rapidly again and not be used at all in high tier lobbies unless paired eith an axle/valk which will probably get patched
