Took him 3 seasons to change the XI. Took him 2 seasons to change the squad and be ready to challenge. Yet, in 4 seasons, they overachieved & challenged.. Please, apply context to the time frame. Arteta has done one of the great jobs in modern history. It’ll end with trophies.
