Minister Kubayi will appoint a legal team in her personal capacity. As the custodian of the State Attorney Policy, the Minister is fully aware of its provisions and has responsibility to ensure compliance.
From the outset, the Minister understood that the policy does not provide for State funded legal representation in matters of this nature. Accordingly, the legal costs associated with the proceedings will not be paid by the state.
Further details regarding the legal proceedings will be communicated once the court papers have been filed.

I think those CSIR and IPSOS predictions are meant to influence voting outcomes.
But we get excited because "Scientific" evidence.
Why would they predict DA winning or leading every Metro ?
They claim to be using available previous data, what previous data suggesting DA has led Metros ?
At some point we will need a Madlanga commission to look into IEC and the so called scientific evidence.
