After this, the energy is brought up the spine and is converted to Amrita, the nectar of life, and drips down the back of the throat and into the gut where it starts to change you dramatically. its the same energy rising up the spine. The serpent that sleeps at the base of the spine. When you retain you start to gather energy at the root(base), and the serpent begins to awaken.
A soft heart is powerful, but it needs wisdom to survive in this world that doesn't always handle kindness carefully.
Forgiveness doesn't mean restoring access, and moving on doesn't require carrying hatred. People can deserve forgiveness without deserving another opportunity to hurt you. Forgive if it gives you peace, but let changed behaviour determine who gets close again. 💯
