On Cyrus the Great Day, I honor the founder of the Persian Empire and a legacy that still gives me hope.
Over 2,500 years ago, Cyrus allowed Jewish exiles to return to Jerusalem and rebuild their Temple. His legacy of religious tolerance remains a powerful part of our heritage.
When I witness the Islamic Regime’s cruelty, I remind myself that my roots run deeper than this regime. My Iranian identity is mine to carry with pride. No regime can take it from me.
I draw strength from Cyrus’s legacy. It reminds me that we have a history worth honoring and a future worth fighting for.
To my fellow Iranians: never surrender your hope. Our country is worth every effort, sacrifice, and act of courage. I believe we will free Iran from the Islamic Regime.
