Hey @UPS … your service is beyond terrible. This needed to be delivered by Jan 10 to me Italy. Got held up in customs. And it wasn’t until I inquired did I find out why…then it took more than 4 weeks to be returned to me. Only cost me $153 USD. @UPS sucks
