Aliens are not flying the UFOs. Neil Armstrong walked on the Moon. Birds are real. The Twin Towers fell because terrorists crashed airliners into them. Trump was not colluding with Putin. There is no trend in global temperature. Biden is not a pedophile. Abrego Garcia did not have "MS13" tatooed on his knuckles. JFK Jr is still dead. Paul is not. Jews do not control the weather. Chemtrails are water vapor. Real children were murdered at Sandy Hook. Trump did not mock a reporter's disability. The Earth is not flat. Hunter's laptop was legitimately his laptop. Mounted border patrolmen did not whip Haitian immigrants, nor were Haitian immigrants eating the dogs and cats in Ohio. Kids were not kept in cages. Immigrant detainees were not forced to drink from the toilet. Kavanaugh did not run a rape ring in high school. Hillary Clinton did not run a child-sex-trafficking ring out of the basement of Comet Ping Pong. Blacks commit a wildly disproportionate number of violent crimes. Trump never suggested drinking bleach. Obama was born in Hawaii. Michelle Obama is a woman. Lia Thomas is not.

I know a dude who, wonโ€™t read code, He don't use printf, or debug mode, He donโ€™t do reviews, he wonโ€™t run tests, He donโ€™t use linters or all the rest He uses slot machines Slot machines Slot machines
i know a dude who doesnโ€™t read code or even use a review tool he just chats with an llm all day, tells it to deploy everything when heโ€™s done and walks away from his computer

AI could solve the Riemann Hypothesis, and people would still argue that it was never truly reasoning but instead interpolating within the collective mathematical consciousness of humanity in which the solution was already apparent from the literature present.

These are the same talentless peopleโ€”the whole lot of themโ€”who will carp about AI slop.
A poem by Anne Carson, who was awarded the 2026 Nobel Prize in Literature. Read it in full: newyorker.com/magazine/2001/โ€ฆ

I started a brand new mathematical software system called Sagebrush -- sagebrush.space/ It's orders of magnitude more lightweight than sagemath.

Lincoln wanted to re-unify the nation, just like Putin and Ukraine.
Would Lincoln surrender Fort Sumter, or risk war? The new president inherited a nation already breaking apart and a federal fort under siege. Wilfred McClay explains the decision that pushed America toward its first shots of the Civil War. Watch the full episode.

Change the time school starts?
No one likes changing the clock, me included, but Congress has enacted permanent Daylight Savings Time multiple times before and repealed it each time once Americans experienced absurdly late sunrises in the winter. Arkansans donโ€™t want their kids going to school in the pitch dark, and Iโ€™ll always put Arkansas first.

I know dozens or hundreds of people who are pro death penalty, and dozens if not hundreds who are against it. I don't remember meeting anyone who approved of lethal injection. Everyone can think of a million obviously better ways.

Best way to sandbox an AI is to put it on a Delta flight โ€“ it will have no chance of accessing the Internet!

It's merely predicting the next token based on it's training data! Next token: proof of Riemann Hypothesis.
even when it proves Riemann, we'll have folx saying it's just a stochastic parrot combining known results and not truly novel I for one am done with these champaigne/sparkling wine debates

I don't think I've seen a complaint about the capabilities of the top coding agents here that didn't strike me as a skill issue. Am I wrong?
