effectively passed our house to sit in a Jack in the Box drive through for 20 minutes, then head further from our house to deliver that order first. Had the dasher simply dropped our order first, we'd have had fresh pizza and the other customer's order would be just as fresh...

though a few minutes delayed. After speaking with the store (2536 Lemay Ferry Rd. 63125), they have supposedly issued a credit that covered the order. That is a nice gesture but simply having a timely delivery is preferred.
