I deal with severe abdominal pain and nausea every single day. It’s from prior diabetic damage and my anti rejection meds. Over the last 6 years I have been on dialysis, went blind in both eyes, had chronic pancreatitis and now deal with constant pain and nausea. I had a kidney/pancreas transplant 3 years ago and after 2 doses of a very common anti rejection med, I fell into a coma for 2 weeks and was on a breathing machine.
When I was blind, on dialysis and having chronic pancreatitis I considered ending my dialysis and letting nature take its course. I was done with life.
I was raised Christian but I never took it seriously. One night I cried to God to help me. I told Him everything bad I had done and truly felt sorry for it all in that moment. I told Him if He could find it in His mercy to help me I would give my life to Him and do whatever He wanted me to do in life.
About 4 or 5 days later I woke with my eyesight in my right eye completely back to normal. I was shocked. I cried tears of joy and gratitude.
9 months later I received my organs.
I have my eye sight restored by the grace and mercy of God. I woke from my coma and my new organs work flawlessly. I still deal with constant pain and nausea but I can say my health is the best it’s ever been in life.
I can say I’ve seen the lengths God will go to so that someone will finally be humble and submit to what He wants.
A month or so after my healing I started going to an evangelical church, I know and met some really good people there who truly do love God as best as they can in their position.
I eventually found Holy Orthodoxy and am now a baptized Orthodox Christian. Since coming to Orthodoxy I feel I truly know God better and can say that despite everything terrible that happened to me that I’m glad it all happened. Thank God for allowing all my pain suffering and using it to bring me to Him.
Some days it’s easier to be thankful than others but I am trying. Praise God through the pain.

Apathy is becoming such an issue in my life. Since nearly dying a couple times 3 years ago I just can’t find the energy or motivation to care about much. I care for myself and my wife and family but not much else makes me care anymore. Pray for me. Lord have mercy on me. ☦️
You are truly blind, ignorant, or lying if you say the West isn’t under invasion and in the process of being conquered or possibly even already conquered.

I will confidently say that less than 1% of Muslims have read and understood the Quran, and even fewer have read a single hadith.
I’ve made quite a lot of people mad with this one. I will stand by this no matter what. It is inappropriate and foolish be too friendly with the opposite sex.

The town I live in is turning into little India and it sucks. I can’t understand 75% of what they say and most of the time they get confused on what to do or what is being asked of them.
America does not need this. Not to sound like an old man but we were much better as a society without these 3rd world people.
