unrelated but it pissed me off so much in these games when the critical health track would play instead of the gym leader ace pokemon track especially when it went so unbelievably hard

Google is trying to use its monopoly power to force AI into our public schools. No corporation should have the power to dictate how we teach our children.  Our public schools exist to serve students, not to grow the profit margins of Big Tech. nytimes.com/2026/11/03/us/go…
Google Will Turn Off Search for Schools That Reject A.I.

Google Will Turn Off Search for Schools That Reject A.I.

Google is making it easier to restrict its A.I. tools for students. But schools that block A.I. entirely will lose student access to Google’s search engine.

Several figures here aren’t federal results or NY-specific. The $472B combines US wide pledges: Micron's $250B is nationwide (NY site $100B) Anthropic's $50B covers TX and NY. The 48% murder drop is from NY's state run GIVE program (28 departments, Jan – May 2026). arkolith.com/news/news-micr… therepublic.com/?p=843020 governor.ny.gov/news/safer-str…

I think the main flaw of this show is its focus on its characters that are either unbearably annoying at best or only interesting because they are shoved in your face

The only other development is WPNZ (is that deadass his name?) who is only interesting due to a shared background with our protagonist which isn’t inherently interesting for the individual character but it forces the audience to pay attention to him, only to not deliver on it

From going from this world building interesting concept full with a song and dance number to this deep character reflection based on literally nothing is such a turn off and I dont understand why this pattern is present in multiple indie projects

in 5 years they couldnt make a mid objective that wasnt drop all big AOE in last 2 minutes of game to win. if only there was some counterplay. like a rillaboom, with a shield bubble. perhaps a spread attack, maybe electric for coverage? and for ult it could be some sort of primal
