A literature review commissioned by the @CareQualityComm on improvement culture in health and care settings. Overall, the review identified multiple positive outcomes associated with a "good" improvement culture including:
1) Increased responsiveness of services
2) Shorter waiting times
3) Better staff retention & lower use of agency staff
4) Better quality of care
5) Lower mortality rates
6) Treating people who use services with more dignity and respect
7) Improved staff morale and motivation
8) Increased collaboration between services
9) Better ratings from regulators
10) Improved financial outcomes
