๐งต๐ชก RABID KANAL DDS ELIZA DUTERTE EXPOSED!
[An open thread]
As promised, here's my exciting expose on the person behind @ElizaX11235813 a.k.a. Ilusyunadang Kanal DDS.
Apparently, youโve made so many posts about me; all of which I ignored because, frankly, weโre not on the same level. Kanal ka, and I donโt hang out in kanals.
But there you go, you finally caught my attention.
Congrats, girl! Because of that, I got curious. Sino ba โto?
A Duterte account on X? Ah, okay, I assumed relative.
Then I looked closer.
Ayโฆ ilusyunadang palaka lang pala.
Imagine pretending to be part of the Duterte political family online and thinking that's how you become relevant.
Girl, delusional much?

Suspended DPWH engineer John Carlo Rivera kept contractor contacts on his phone and collected cash from two separate sources, but admitted he had no idea why. ๐
DPWH engineer John Carlo Rivera counted โฑ5.56B in kickbacks on Post-it notes for Zaldy Co and others.
Martin Romualdez? Not once mentioned.
Anong klaseng plunder case โto?
Thea Tan retweeted
Martin Romuladez might get the bail
The Office of the Ombudsman made it sound as if it had an ironclad case against former Speaker Martin Romualdez. Testimony from its own witnesses in the ongoing bail hearings suggests otherwise.
Several prosecution witnesses have undercut key parts of the case, raising the possibility that Romualdez may be granted the bail he is seeking.
He was previously described as the โmastermindโ and โarchitectโ of the flood-control kickback scheme. Yet state witness Henry Alcantara testified under oath that the scheme was already in place even before Romualdez became Speaker in 2022. Alcantara also confirmed he never named Romualdez in his earlier affidavits submitted to the Senate, House, and Ombudsman.
Another blow came from the failure to directly link Romualdez to cash deliveries. Prosecution witness Police Major Ermelo Dichoso Jr., a former member of Zaldy Coโs security detail, testified that he saw Co give Romualdez clothes as a gift โ not a suitcase of money. He also said no cash deliveries occurred during the meetings he witnessed involving the two.
Former DPWH engineer John Carlo Rivera further testified that Romualdez does not appear on the project proponent lists maintained by Alcantara. Those lists instead named figures such as Zaldy Co, Roberto Bernardo, Jinggoy Estrada, and among others.
In the cross examination of the โMaleta Boysโ โ it was clear that they do not really have personal knowledge about all these and it was just talks among the security personnel.

When you publicly position yourself as a budget analyst, the public expects analytical rigor.
But this exchange was a masterclass in getting exposed when you try to hype up claims you simply cannot prove.
It starts with the OP posting budget graphics from BetterGovPH, and pointed at district-level allocation shifts like sheโs about to blow open a massive scandal.
But when asked a fair, objective question: What in this specific data proves something corrupt or โnefariousโ actually happened?
Thatโs where the whole narrative unravels.
Instead of showing specific ghost projects or unvetted contractors, she doubles down, dodge-rolls, and gets surprisingly defensive.
She literally admits, โYes, itโs not evidence of wrongdoing but nefarious just the same.โ
Wait, what? How can something be "nefarious" if you just admitted you have zero evidence of wrongdoing? Thatโs a total logic paradox.
When pressed further on this glaring hole, the responses devolve into pure deflection:
โ Telling the commenter to go "research patronage politics"
โ Calling him an "apologist" ๐
โ Smugly posting, โI do not need to prove myself to you" plus laughing emojis.
While reading the thread Hereโs the disappointment: showing screenshots of raw budget spreadsheets is just a starting point, not a conviction.
We know anyone canโt win a case in the court of law or in public discourse on โtamang hinalaโ alone.
If you're going to accuse some
congressmen of corruption online, drop the condescension and bring the actual receipts.
SHE CITED BETTERGOV, BUT BETTERGOV SAYS ITโS NOT PROOF OF WRONGDOING
#2027Budget
A Senate resource person @znsuzara posted this, pointing to the BetterGov leaderboard and saying โAkala nila makakalusot sila.โ
When I asked what specifically is nefarious or wrong in the data, the replies were laughter, โI donโt need to prove myself,โ personal attacks, ad hominem and โresearch patronage politics.โ
BetterGov itself says these are โcandidateโ changes, not confirmed insertions. The amounts belong to district engineering offices, not to the representatives. The documents do not say who requested the projects.
She cited BetterGov. But when asked to explain what is actually wrong in the data she cited, she did not point to any specific project or irregularity.
Pointing to a spreadsheet and calling it proof, then refusing to explain, is not analysis.
Itโs just an accusation.

When a key witness takes the stand to break down โฑ22 billion in projects and โฑ5.56 billion in alleged kickbacks, you expect fireworks.
Instead, you get a game of ๐๐๐๐ง๐โ๐จ ๐๐๐ก๐๐ค? starring former Speaker Martin Romualdez.
Engr John Carlo Rivera from DPWH Bulacan First District Engineering Office said he worked under former DE Henry Alcantara and was responsible for personally collecting, counting, and tracking alleged cash commitments from contractors involving infrastructure projects in Bulacan.
Yet, he couldnโt produce a single transaction, text message, or napkin receipt that links Romualdez to the loot.
Claiming billions disappeared is easy; but proving Romualdez took it requires actual evidence.
If youโre going to name a villain, at least bring the receipts.

Dr. Tony Leachon has spent years treating the public to unsolicited medical hot takes, wielding his white coat like a social media megaphone.
But after Janette Garin and a coalition of doctors lugged literal boxes of evidence to the PRC over his vaccine misinformation and ethics violations, the diagnosis is clear: ๐๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐ ๐ฎ๐ถ๐ป ๐๐ต๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ฆ๐๐ป๐ฑ๐ฟ๐ผ๐บ๐ฒ.

Strip away the celebrity names, and the narrative crumbles under its own absurdity, replacing basic common sense with pure *chaka tactics*.
To swallow the story, you have to accept a bizarre paradox: ultra-wealthy property owners who are rich enough to allegedly let Alden Richards stay in their prime luxury condo for many years โ are suddenly helpless?
In reality, high-end high-rises are fortified by building admin and round-the-clock security.
Luxury condo owners donโt need to panic when a guest donโt have plans to leave their condo ever; they need just 10 minutes to instruct security to revoke keycards and issue a trespass notice.
Then there are the missing luxury watches worth millions that Alden allegedly did not return.
In the Philippines, high-value theft is a major criminal offense.
REAL billionaires don't crowd-source justice on Facebook; they send lawyers on retainers and file direct complaints with the NBI.
Why would a billionaire couple skip the legal remedies and instead resort to โchakaโ DMs to the Pambansang Clout Chaser?
In a formal legal proceeding, allegations face evidentiary scrutiny, and knowingly false sworn statements can carry serious consequences.
On social media? A sensational accusation can travel around the country before anyone even bothers to establish the facts.
And thatโs precisely why we should be skeptical.
Chismis can destroy reputations overnight. Evidence takes accountability.
Until these allegations are independently substantiated, theyโre just that: allegations.
Hindi porke may billionaire, celebrity, at luxury watches sa kuwento, credible na agad.
Sometimes, the biggest luxury on social media is the freedom to make accusations without showing the receipts. ๐

The NBI-NCR filed formal complaints against former Davao City Information Chief Jeffrey Tupas on Monday for alleged obstruction of justice, cyberlibel, and spreading fake news.ย
Can we really separate โfake newsโ from the DDS?
This is exactly why so many end up facing cyberlibel charges.
Because they always chase clout on social media; but the moment lawsuits hit, all that so-called bravery completely vanishes.
It looks like Sara Duterte will fall back on "I didn't know" (and the infamous โhindi ko alamโ) again!

This is an interesting Cabinet leadership swap: Sec. Vince Dizon returning to DOTr and Sec. Banoy Lopez taking over DPWH.
As PCO Chief Lino Cayetano shared, the President made this decision because: โWe are shifting gears to accelerate reform. Secretary Dizon goes to DOTr to fix the daily commute. Secretary Lopez goes to DPWH to make sure the reforms there last."
Subok na natin ang dalawang ito. Sec. Vince is here to fast-track railway projects, cut LTO lines, and eliminate fixers.
Meanwhile, Sec. Banoy will make sure the reforms made in DPWH wilk continue.
Commuters win across the board.

Holding online defamers accountable is valid, but ignoring basic due process is dangerous.
The arrest of veteran journalist Philip Lustre Jr. reveals alarming procedural flaws:

Todayโs concoction:
โข 2 cucumbers medium
โข 1 bundle pechay
โข 1 bundle fresh malunggay leaves
โข 1 green apple
โข 50g fresh ginger
โข 50g fresh turmeric
Topped off with a custom elixir boost using the tinctures that I made from last week.
One dropper each of:
1. Dandelion leaf
2. Genmaicha green tea extract
3. Schisandra berries.
My take on this is: DiLG Sec Jonvic Remulla wants to show the public that the government gave Sen. Bato dela Rosa every chance to surrender quietly.
By saying "I'm willing to talk to his allies," Remulla shifts the burden onto Bato.
The implied message is: If Bato still doesn't surrender after his own friends try to help him, it proves he was never planning to come peacefully.
