Why You May Want… A Snake Plant!
Snake plants (#Sansevieria) are tough #succulents named for their pretty, striped leaves which are long and wavy, resembling snakes.

ENJOY their unique appearance! Snake plants have broad, blade-like #leaves which stand straight up and are often variegated, making them a very one-of-a-kind #decoration, even among #houseplants!
Snake plants are very resilient, and with the exception of direct #sunlight, can withstand a wide variety of conditions. Their tough versatility makes them a welcome fuss-free gift as well as a great addition to your #home.

White Lady daffodils. Saw these at Cotehele, Cornwall last April. Ordered from Scamps and now popping up in our garden.
FRIDAY’S FLOWER: Narcissus pseudonarcissus! (#Daffodil) There’s no doubt about it, daffodils are one of the first harbingers of spring. Their bold yellow petals and prominent trumpet almost seem to shout that warm weather is coming! #IMustGarden #GardeningTwitter #FlowersOnFriday
If you wait until the leaves are really dry and crispy, a gentle tug on the leaves will completely and safely remove them. If you didn’t #plant any daffodils in the fall and suddenly wish you had, head over to your local garden center. Many sell the bright blooming bulbs in pots.
You can leave them in the pot or plant them giving you a head start for next year. And in the meantime, you can take to heart that #spring IS coming!
