AI is such a hot-button topic right now, I imagine HLTV will catch some heat for this from people who think all AI = bad.
There are use cases for LLMs that make a LOT of sense, and this is absolutely one of them. Querying HLTV's vast database with natural language will be a massive unlock for a lot of people.
Like anything, it is a tool. Tools can be used badly or they can be used well. I think it's important to be pragmatic when evaluating which is which.

I will continue to say; there should be a VRS penalty for mid/late season roster moves; especially when it changes your primary region.
'Gaming' your way into a major race especially with the absence of a 'qualifying tournament (RMRs)' should be discouraged, and surely goes against the spirit of a regional ranking system.
The 'off-season' or post-major hiatus IMO should serve as a transfer window through which these penalties are negated.
