I was lucky enough to purchase one of these shirts. I was looking forward to repping Nous Research here in Australia. For weeks I got no shipping update, then when I sent in a request for an update, I just got an order cancellation and refund notification, no explanation.
I get everyone's probably really busy with NousCon this week, but I think that Nous Research still has a way to go in terms of customer service. Not a big deal, it's just a t-shirt, but I was a little bit disappointed. @witcheer
