In Our Difficult Times Know Better Times Are Coming Focus your attention on what is in front of you today. Tomorrow, repeat To quote Mark Twain, “I am an old man and have known a great many troubles, but most of them never happened.” Our brains are hardwired to zoom in on the negatives. We need to reframe our thinking and replace these thoughts with those which Hold on to the healing powers of gratitude, nature, connection, meditation, and movement , all have the ability to rewire the brain and move us forward. We are gifted a greater appreciation , through the pain we feel of how to demonstrate compassion and empathy for others who endure the same. Making the world a more beautiful caring place for those who struggle just like us. #mentalhealth
