It’s mostly for chat but it could answer tickets and it works based on threads basically every conversation is tracked by the system and it enables memory for the RAG pipelines with a user friendly interface
I dropped the price on my first NEDB engagement to $2,000 today.

$2k for two weeks is a thousand a week, and it changes who answers you. A CTO who can't approve $6k can't approve a rollout either.
