This is the format the field needs. Orthobiologics becomes real medicine when dosing, anatomy, and hands-on technique are taught together in one room - Nashville 2027 should be a strong one.

Excited to serve and help move the field forward!
Advancing the field of orthobiologics requires the right voices with critical insights leading the charge. That’s why IOF is thrilled to welcome @DrKenMautner of @EmoryUniversity to our board of directors.

Not all PRP is the same.
Researches show success depends on:
✔️ Platelet dose
✔️ Delivery precision
✔️ Patient age & condition
If PRP failed before, it might have been the wrong dose, type, or technique.

How should we measure success in #regenerativemedicine ? Here is a lecture snippet from the recent 10th annual #IOFMAX meeting held by the @iofoundation The answer? We should measure success by whether or not we are helping the patient reach their goals....less pain, better mobility, more activity, better sports performance, etc. And we want to do this without surgery whenever possible using evidence based regenerative medicine options like #prp or even #stemcells from your own body!

More fuel to add to the debate favoriting high dose PRP! Can’t wait to hash this out live at @iofoundation conference next month
Just published in AJSM. Similar findings to those already published by @WBerriganMD and @ZachBailowitzMD. Platelet concentration/dose influences outcomes! As you read the literature make sure you take note of platelet dose in the pos/neg PRP trials.
