The creator of Twitter and Cash App, @Jack Dorsey just released a Bluetooth messaging app called ‘Bitchat’ that doesn't need the internet or cell service.
Within an hour, users have started sending bitcoin using the peer-to-peer encrypted mesh network.

Metaplanet is sorta like MSTR, except with:
1. An easily scalable and proven income strategy to pay yield on future preferreds
2. Lower debt and no converts
3. Much cleaner growth and only diluting into strength, not crushing mNAV
4. Dilution transparency (to the day) and proof of reserves
5. Japan is yield starved which means less yield payout for preferreds (higher torque).

We need to talk.
Not about price. Not about hype. About the future.
Most Bitcoin doesn’t move on Bitcoin anymore.
It trades on paper.
In ETFs.
In proxy stocks.
On platforms that never touch the chain.
The financialization is accelerating.
Wall Street loves it.
No keys, no coins—just exposure.
But there’s a problem:
Miners secure Bitcoin.
They get paid through the block subsidy.
Every 4 years, that subsidy gets cut in half.
Eventually, the only thing left will be fees.
But fees come from usage.
From people actually settling on-chain.
From mempools that aren’t empty.
If the world keeps using Bitcoin through layers that never pay miners,
what happens when the subsidy runs dry?
Miners starve.
Hashrate drops.
Security cracks.
Censorship creeps in.
This isn’t FUD.
This is the bill coming due.
So if you believe in Bitcoin—really believe—
don’t just hold it.
Use it.
Settle on-chain.
Pay the fee.
Run the node.
Support the thing you say you love.
Bitcoin can’t be secured by paper.
And it won’t survive on faith alone.
The revolution doesn’t happen on Wall Street.
It happens here.
Don’t let Bitcoin get financialized to death.

3 Phases of The Bitcoin Halving
1. Final Pre-Halving Retrace
The Pre-Halving Retrace has already occurred and is in the books
This Pre-Halving Retrace was -18% deep whereas in 2016 it was -38% and in 2020 it was -19% deep
This Pre-Halving Retrace was the final bargain-buying opportunity in the Pre-Halving period
Bitcoin is only 7 days away from the Halving
2. Re-Accumulation
Now that the Pre-Halving Retrace has occurred, it has set up the very foundations of the Re-Accumulation Range
This Re-Accumulation Range develops a few weeks before the Halving and concludes with a breakout from it weeks after the Halving
The goal now is for Bitcoin to move sideways going into the Halving and beyond
The Re-Accumulation phase can last multiple weeks and even up to 150 days (i.e 5 months)
Many investors get shaken-out in this stage due to boredom, impatience, and disappointment with lack of major results in their BTC investment in the immediate aftermath of the Halving
3. Parabolic Uptrend
Once Bitcoin breaks out from the re-accumulation area breakout into the parabolic uptrend (green)
It is during this phase Bitcoin experiences accelerated growth into a parabolic uptrend
Historically, this phase has lasted just over a year (~385 days) however with a potential Accelerated Cycle occurring right now, this figure may get cut in half in this market cycle
