Macklemore’s Free Palestine Tour brought together international artists, activists and public figures in Paris, turning the sold-out concert into a platform for Palestinian rights and freedom. Joined by Aurora and several other performers, the event highlighted the ongoing struggle of Palestinians under Israeli occupation. The concert reinforced the role of artists and public figures in raising awareness and keeping Palestine in the global conversation.

A little girl who survived an Israeli massacre in Gaza was found hanging from a tree, covered in blood and suffering severe injuries, after the attack.  With no one able to identify her or locate her family, a nurse took her in, named her Malak and gave her a date of birth, hoping to give a child who had lost her identity and family a new beginning.

Dockworkers across ports worldwide are taking part in a coordinated strike today to protest the arms trade and the shipment of weapons to Israel amid its ongoing genocide in Gaza. The action, supported by trade unions in more than 20 countries, aims to prevent ports from being used to facilitate the supply of arms linked to Israel’s military attacks. In Ireland, the country’s largest trade union, SIPTU, has joined the growing international support for the strike, reflecting workers’ opposition to the arms trade and their solidarity with the Palestinian people.

Masked Israeli settlers attacked an elderly American man with batons and set his family’s vehicle on fire in the occupied West Bank. American media personality Tucker Carlson shared footage of the attack, criticising the US ambassador to Israel for ignoring the victim’s pleas for help and failing to provide assistance.

Today marks the second anniversary of the Israeli massacre of the Abu Nasr family in Beit Lahia, northern Gaza. More than 150 family members, including around 60 children, 38 women and two unborn babies, were killed in an Israeli strike on their five-storey residential building on 29 October 2024, according to survivor testimony shared by Aya Nasser with IP Voices. In February 2026, civil defence teams recovered the remains of 50 of the 68 people who had remained missing, while 18 were still unaccounted for. Two years later, the family continues to preserve their loved ones’ names and stories, refusing to let them be reduced to numbers or forgotten.
