I’m like this because I watched calypso and davy jones divorce in 2007⬩silmarillion centric⬩quite offline, just here to shout into the abyss with my freaks

hello! here you’ll find: art, ocs, fraught character dynamics and complaining. lots of silmarillion/soulsborne/elder scrolls. very live and let live re: fictional preferences, busy with work and too old for discourse, sorry! enjoy your stay 🌻

started mass effect. technically going in blind because I remember only a lot of indistinct tumblr discourse about a) romance and b) what the ‘right’ decisions are which I always assumed you were automatically disqualified from by roleplaying a military dog

friends discovered something deeply hideous at an op shop and patiently waited until I was back in town to inflict it upon me

bioware’s death has triggered the small spark of some ungodly urge to attempt mass effect in the next couple of years. have not felt this urge since a dear friend tried to get me into it in high school. concerning.

posted this before checking twitter. there’s mass effect related mourning and quarian thirst everywhere omfg. condolences.

anyway. aside from being a mere sci-fi tolerator my longstanding difficulty with mass effect is not being all that interested in shepard. which may change, but is more likely to result in silmarillionically fixating on fleshing out glossed over lore facets.
