Even though I am retired, @Seesaw came through once again! I was able to share fifth grade memories with the current Class of 2023! I had them make a folder called Best of the Year in 2016 - What a surprise when I emailed those items & they could take a trip down memory lane!
Can't wait for tonight! 44 years ago (March 1979), I was finally allowed to go to an @billyjoel concert. It was cancelled due to the accident at Three Mile Island Nuclear Plant. @Hershey Stadium was used as an evacuation site! It has taken me this long to get to see him!

It’s been almost two years since we unveiled the “new” library at Stoy School, and then school was closed due to COVID! So happy to see kids choosing books, listening to stories and reading in this awesome space!! @Stoy_HTSD
Here’s something for my friends @Stoy_HTSD. Remember when I would leave these in the restrooms for you? Check out this new one! @Stoy1st @CAWEdD
🚽 My latest #LearningInTheLoo went out to faculty restrooms in all the #WTPSEdTech elementary schools today! It features super fun brain breaks - UJU Brain Breaks playlist on YouTube! Highly recommend!
Thank you @CAlifirenka @MartinGanda. Our book club just finished reading your story, recommended by the daughter of one of our members. She was so inspired by your story. We were too! Making plans to pay it forward after seeing how a small act of kindness can have great impact.

Congratulations to my daughter for graduating summa cum laude @millersvilleu! Next time you’re worried about the weather, read students’ names and accomplishments first. That’s what we were all here for anyway.

At a recent talk, a parent asked what their kid should do this summer to make up for a year of academic disruption. My answer? Get outside. Play w/ friends. Hug grandparents. Read for fun. Ride a bike. If we don't let kids recalibrate, they may struggle to re-engage in learning.
