October Leadworthy® Character Trait: SELF-DIRECT This month we're focusing on self-direction, the ability to think ahead, make intentional choices, and take responsible action. When students practice self-direction they set goals, manage their learning, and follow through with purpose. How are you encouraging self-direction on your campus this month? We’d love to hear how you’re helping students Think, Choose, Act! Share your ideas and examples with us: 1. Post about how you’re promoting self-direction. 2. Tag us and share photos/videos to inspire others and show how self-direction is making a difference! Let’s make October a month of focusing on taking responsibility for our actions! #Leadworthy #SelfDirect #ThinkChooseAct #CKH
