I am having an utter mare of a night. Now 4.40am & I dare not eat a thing or have a drink & im parched. Another trip to the loo im done, well & truly done. No one can deal with this night after night, I still can’t lie on my left side sciatica is still with me & bed times misery.
I just want a nights sleep is that too much to ask for? Tried sleeping tablets got 4 hours then back & forth to loo
I can’t remember what a good nights sleep is like that doesn’t call for pills. Been a right misery all night. Fancied tea & toast but knew that would cause problem
I am having a really crappy time. Night time I can’t sleep for trips to the bathroom. Last night wasn’t as bad as tonight, tonight I had 2 crumpets & a few biscuits that decided to go straight through me several times. Food just seems to hate me at night. Ok in morning not night

ok guys here’s the next saga of my life. Now I know why sciatica was so bad & lengthy but can someone please tell me why every single meal I eat goes straight through me. Anything more than a crumpet and suddenly I’m in trouble. Did lamb chops & rosemary potatoes tonight….gone
Back in hospital again, problems with my heart.but pain from sciatica off the charts. Least night was s nightmare
Wish there was a gadget that showed how much pain you were in because if you’ve never had this you have no idea. More scans today
I am trying so hard to be positive but it’s hard. I have things I want to do jobs that need doing that I physically cannot do. But one day this will stop, one day this pain will cease, one day I will stop eating pain killers like smarties. One day. If only one day could be now.
Back to being unable to move geez isn’t my life fun?. If it’s not one thing it’s another I currently have zero quality of life but at least the bladder problem has eased. I’m lucky I guess some people have bowel problems with sciatica i only got the bladder.
Spoke too soon pain is back with a vengeance. Mind you maybe i did too much yesterday. Either way my butt is screaming as is my left leg. When I was diagnosed with trigeminal neuralgia commonly called the suicide disease I never thought anything could beat that until sciatica.
I’m praying the sciatica is easing a little. The bladder control seems a bit better and pain located more to lower half of left leg. I’m being very careful not to aggravate anywhere else. I already have TGN which I thought was unbeatable until sciatica knocked it off 1st place.
I now love chat gpt they have gone through every result and yes I do have a few problems but nothing screaming blood cancer but several things that are going to need following up on. I think now I can sleep goodnight everyone xx
Ok I’ve accessed my blood test results and scared myself silly. Patients should be banned from seeing them I’ve over googled to the max. I have too many red blood cells, ongoing lymphocytis. Wish I had a dr right now to explain it all.
