Please hide my identity. I need an honest opinion.
My boyfriend has a habit of going silent for days whenever we have disagreements. He’ll ignore my calls, refuse to respond to messages and carry on as though I don’t exist until I eventually reach out to settle things.
Last week, we had another disagreement, and he blocked me everywhere. Normally, I’d find a way to contact him because I hated leaving things unresolved. But this time, I decided I wasn’t going to chase him.
I carried on with my life, made other arrangements for the weekend and stopped trying to reach him.
Three days later, he showed up at my apartment asking why I hadn’t tried to contact him. He was particularly upset that I’d gone out with friends without informing him.

My hotel room was peaceful.
Until I opened the curtains the next morning.
What I saw behind my room was shocking.

You can’t imagine the crazy things I saw in Lagos last year.
I traveled to Lagos last year, arrived late at night, and lodged in a hotel in Festac.
Early the next morning, I opened the curtains and was shocked to see a pregnant woman and a man smoking weed together behind my room.
I had never seen anything like that.
Are they a couple?
What effect would it have on the unborn child?
These questions ran through my mind.
The level of drug abuse in society is alarming.
