i agree - that’s when u was growing up - it was ROUGH 90s early 2000s was more BA than it is now.
it changed now but even doing population poll, it’s still majority black american than caribbean + african combined. But i agree, many did leave after a while especially after 2020 c19.
the numbers don’t support mostly caribbean. there’s more black americans than african + carribbeans combined lol
