🚨🔵 𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧:So we went from Jarrod Bowen... to Granit Xhaka... to John Stones... and now we're talking about Danny Welbeck and Jordan Henderson—all in the same transfer window. Looking back, I actually understand why the Bowen and Xhaka deals never happened. Bowen coming in could've slowed the development of Quenda and Estevão, and let's not forget Pedro Neto is still here too. Xhaka wanted the move, but Sunderland were never ready to let him go. Fair enough. But now we're talking about Welbeck and Henderson.... Those are two signings I'd absolutely back. Wanna ask me why? Because they're exactly the kind of profiles this Chelsea squad is missing. I don't expect either of them to come in demanding to start every week. That's not the point. Their value goes far beyond the starting XI. Imagine having Jordan Henderson and Danny Welbeck in that dressing room, talking to these young lads before games, during games and after games. Imagine them setting standards every single day in training, keeping heads up when things get tough and passing on everything they've learnt over the years. That's priceless. Both are Premier League winners. Both have won the Champions League. They've played at the highest level, handled pressure, lifted the biggest trophies and experienced everything this young Chelsea squad is only just beginning to experience. Those kinds of personalities can't be measured with goals or assists. We couldn't get Bowen. We missed out on Xhaka. Stones never happened either. Chelsea can't afford to fumble this one as well. Bring in leaders. Bring in experience. Let these young players learn from people who've already climbed the mountain. Sometimes the biggest signing isn't the most exciting one... it's the one that changes the mentality of the entire dressing room. #CFC

❗❗XABI ALONSO HAS CHELSEA PLAYERS RUNNING FOR HIM, BUT WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE RUNNING STOPS PRODUCING RESULTS? 👀💔 Honestly, I keep watching these Chelsea players and wondering what Xabi Alonso has told them. 😭💙 The commitment is there. The effort is there. These players are running without the ball, pressing opponents and putting in the work. And one player who really stands out to me is Cole Palmer. Palmer is someone I want to see on the ball, creating chances, making things happen and deciding games. He's not someone I associate with constantly running around the pitch, but under Xabi, he's putting in the work even when Chelsea don't have possession. That tells me something about the manager's influence and the level of buy-in he's getting from his players. Compare that to last season, when Chelsea were often outrun and overpowered by opponents. Now, there's a noticeable willingness to work without the ball. These players seem committed to what Xabi is trying to build, and I genuinely respect that. BUT HERE'S THE PROBLEM: THE RUNNING HAS TO COUNT FOR SOMETHING! You cannot keep asking players to give everything for a system that isn't delivering results. At some point, they will start questioning whether all that effort is worth it. The frustration will creep in, the belief will weaken, and the intensity could disappear. And if that happens, Xabi Alonso will be in serious trouble. A manager needs more than tactics. He needs the players to trust him, believe in his ideas and commit to his vision. From what I'm seeing, Xabi has made progress in that department. Now, he needs to turn that commitment into results before the doubts begin. I want Xabi to succeed, but he has to make this work. The players are putting in the effort, and he needs to give them a system that rewards it. Chelsea fans, do you think Xabi Alonso can turn this commitment into consistent results, or are we heading towards a situation where the players eventually lose faith in his system? 👀💙 #CFC
❗❗I'm not superstitious, but João Pedro might have broken Chelsea's No. 9 scoring curse only to inherit the injury curse instead. 😭💔 WHAT IS GOING ON? Before João Pedro took that No. 9 shirt, I genuinely felt he was one of our most available attackers. He was everywhere, putting in the work and giving us a consistent attacking presence. Now, he's missing matches, and we’re starting to feel his absence. The funny thing is that João Pedro has actually shown he can score goals for Chelsea. He's not the usual No. 9 who struggles to find the back of the net. But what good is having a striker who can deliver if we can't keep him fit and available consistently? 😭 I'm not blaming the shirt for his injuries, but the timing is getting suspicious. 😂💔 Chelsea fans, did João Pedro break the No. 9 scoring curse only for the curse to find another way to trouble us? 👀💙

🎙️🚨Roy Keane on José Mourinho's decision to play Arda Güler on the right: "José Mourinho knows exactly what he is doing. When you have a player like Arda Güler starting from the right but constantly moving inside to overload the midfield, that's tactical genius. "People look at the team sheet and see a right winger, but Mourinho is asking Arda to do something completely different. He's using him to create numerical superiority in midfield, dictate the tempo, and give the opposition another problem to deal with. "The clever part is what happens when Real Madrid lose possession. Arda can drop into midfield, help win the ball back, and make it difficult for the opposition to play through the middle. Then, the moment Madrid recover possession, he has the technical quality to turn defence into attack with one pass. "That's why I wouldn't rush to criticise Mourinho for playing him on the right instead of the double pivot. Sometimes, the position a player starts in tells you very little about the role he actually plays. "And let's be honest, not every right winger has the intelligence to operate like a midfielder without the ball and a playmaker with it. Arda has that ability. "The real question is whether Mourinho has found a way to get the best out of Arda without sacrificing the team's balance. If he has, then Madrid may have discovered something far more dangerous than simply playing their best creator in his favourite position."

❗❗Cole Palmer is not Chelsea standard? Estêvão needs to be integrated immediately? I'm sorry, but I think we're missing the BIGGER problem here. 👀💙 I'm a big fan of Cole Palmer, and I know what he's capable of when he's playing with confidence and given the right conditions. The same goes for Estêvão. These are players with the technical quality to change games, yet we're struggling to get the best out of them. Look at the attacking talent we've got. Cole Palmer, Estêvão, João Pedro and Rogers. These are players who can cause serious problems for opponents. We shouldn't have to rely on one individual to carry the entire attack. Remember when Eden Hazard had to do so much of the heavy lifting? Now we've got multiple talented players, but we're still struggling to make them click together. And for me, the biggest problem is how we're playing. We're struggling to control possession, circulate the ball and dictate the tempo. Instead, we keep sitting deep and relying on long balls. How exactly do you expect technical players to thrive when the team can't consistently get the ball to them in dangerous areas? Estêvão is most dangerous when he receives the ball at his feet and can take on defenders. Palmer also needs a system that allows him to influence games rather than constantly struggle in a disjointed attack. This is where Xabi Alonso has to take responsibility. If he believes both players can contribute, find a way to integrate them. If he trusts his system, then make it work. We have the midfield quality to play better football, keep possession and control games. I'm not convinced that replacing one player with the other would solve anything if the underlying tactical problems remain. Chelsea fans, is this really a problem with Palmer and Estêvão, or is Xabi Alonso failing to get the best out of the attacking talent available to him? 👀💙 #CFC

❗❗If Xabi Alonso is the kind of coach who can recognise his mistakes, learn from them and improve, then WHY SHOULDN'T WE SUPPORT HIM? 👀💙 Yesterday was frustrating. His selections raised questions, the tactics weren't convincing, and losing at home to Tottenham was unacceptable. But one disappointing performance shouldn't automatically mean we abandon the project. Let's be honest, though. Xabi isn't new to English football. He played in the Premier League, so he understands the intensity and demands that come with it. We have every right to expect him to adapt quickly. João Pedro's late withdrawal also forced him to rethink his plans, so we have to consider that when discussing the decision to start Rogers as a No. 9. But the bigger question is whether Xabi can learn from what went wrong and find better solutions next time. Look at Arteta. He developed under Guardiola, and his coaching journey gave him experience that helped shape his approach. Xabi has taken a different path, building his managerial career without the same background as a long-term assistant to an established elite coach. That doesn't mean he can't succeed, but he must show that he's learning. I'm willing to be patient with Xabi Alonso. I want him to succeed at Chelsea. But patience doesn't mean ignoring mistakes or pretending everything is fine. Give him time, let him learn, and judge him by how he responds. Chelsea fans, are you still backing Xabi Alonso to turn things around? 👀💙

If Cole Palmer and Estêvão are both struggling to influence games, why are we immediately questioning the players instead of asking whether the system is giving them the conditions to succeed? 👀💙"
