I was so proud of this piece from 2020, but rendering took forever and I decided never again. But it's also the first time Ruth was drawn with head wings

one might even dare say autistic but we don't talk about it

Ruth has a younger brother Adam, who used to call her mother when he was little, bc Ruth was the only woman in his life... he also was the one to persuade Ruth to marry Mikhail, as he wanted a better life for her

I should overcome my own anxiety of sharing OC stuff on the internet, writing included... Ruth's and Mikhail's marriage definitely has some BDSM-like flair to it, though Ruth is not happy about it. His "love" towards Ruth is also centered around his own desires.

He's a cult leader who comes from the family of immigrants, and doesn't like to be reminded of it. Granted, Ruth likes to remind of it often.
