One of the biggest downtown housing crashes in America is happening right now in Nashville, TN. Condo owners are liquidating. And people who bought near the peak are selling at $300k+ losses. The previous condo owner bought it for $1.15 million in March 2024. And just sold it for $825,000 this month. That's a $325,000 loss (-28%) in just 2.5 years. And that's before realtor commissions and other expenses. And this downturn will likely continue, as Downtown Nashville has the biggest supply pile-up of any dowtown area in America. (inventory 110% above normal). In fact, typical values in Nashville 37203 already down 11.2% from peak, but clearly are dropping more in some cases. Meaning condo sellers are facing an enormous amount of competition, with more price cuts likely coming in 2027. Good news if you're looking to scoop up a discounted condo. Bad news if you bought near the peak. To see our forecast for your ZIP, go here: reventure.app/map/WAxwklIfgI

Lamar has missed 7 games since the start of the 2023 season. No surgeries. Damn we are prisoners of the moment. 10 NFL starting QBs have missed more games in the same time period. Not one word about them. We saw a 300LB dude fall in him & we dismiss it. Herd mentality is rampant.
Is the Ravens’ season “on the line” this weekend? 😳 The Get Up crew discusses the importance for Lamar Jackson to return in upcoming game vs. Buffalo.

Will Smith's TV aunt was making about $250,000 a year. In 1993, she lost all of it. Will went on the radio and said she'd gone "from a quarter of a million dollars a year to nothing." She had a newborn baby at home. She didn't speak to him for 27 years. In the video below, Janet Hubert finally says it to his face: "You took all that away from me with your words." In 1993, she was offered a new contract. About two and a half months of work a year, less money, and no other jobs allowed. Her husband was out of work. She says the marriage was abusive. She said no. The new season opened with a joke. Jazz said something was different about Aunt Viv since she had the baby. On that Atlanta radio show, Will added: "She's mad now, but she's been mad all along." The word that followed her was "difficult." For a Black woman in Hollywood, she says, it's "the kiss of death." She says she lost "everything. Reputation, everything." The case for Will: he was in his early 20s, carrying his first show. The contract came from the producers, not from him. And she turned it down. 27 years later, he told her: "The person I want to be is someone who protects you, not someone that unleashes dogs on you." He went on to make $20 million per movie. She waited 28 years for her next recurring TV role. So did Will Smith ruin Aunt Viv's career, or did she ruin it herself?

THIS is why it matters who sits in these seats! Kudos Judge Peterson for recognizing what AG Lynn Fitch and her office were trying to do!

Wrong question! Do you notice what part of the state she is having that interview? MS Gulf Coast...the MS GOP voter firewall area. Her voters there probably don't have a problem with her comment
Who is advising her???😂😂😂

"'I’m sure there are many who think that I should just sit at home and eat bonbons and cook Doug’s favorite foods,' she said, brushing off the Wall Street Journal article reporting that her husband, Doug Emhoff, had privately told some people that he preferred she didn’t run. Replying to @KamalaHarris
@KamalaHarris castigates @VivekGRamaswamy for his vile ad against @amyactonoh: "I decided I wanted to do the work that was about protecting those who are vulnerable and voiceless. In my career as a courtroom prosecutor, I specialized in child sexual assault cases and crimes against women and children. So I was so — I can't even describe the myriad of emotions — to see what this person has done in terms of that political ad against Amy Acton. It is abhorrent. It is vile. It is cruel. It is callous. The source of it is also ignorance. You want to run for one of the highest political offices in the country and you're so ignorant that you don't understand the pain, the trauma, associated with the subject that you are now airing as part of a political ad? That gets back to point A, the brutality."

"'I go back and forth. I honestly go back and forth,' Harris said of which way she’s leaning. 'There’s so many factors.' 'I’ll be very specific,' she said. 'If I run, my motivation is not to beat other Democrats. It’s to actually do the job.'" cnn.com/2026/10/26/politics/…

“What do you need from us as black women?” @KamalaHarris: “I need us to stay active. The next go-round will be the midterms, and there is so much at stake. We have got to be active, especially now that the Supreme Court has gutted the Voting Rights Act. There are so many obstacles being put in the way intentionally of people’s access to the polls and their right to vote as citizens, and we have to remind folks that it may be very difficult, but it is absolutely worth it.”

We failed our University and fans today. This one hurts like hell and we deserve to be critiqued and questioned. That wasn’t the standard at all! Our coaches and players take accountability for the loss. All we ask is that when it comes to our players, KEEP IT RESPECTFUL! We’re 6-2 and this team ain’t ducking no smoke! We know we’re going to get EVERY team’s absolute best shot. Maturity, personal accountability, and the removal of EGOS will help us manage our emotions so that we can maintain the edge needed to withstand the tests we are facing! Read that again, team. On to the next with a sense of urgency! We are 1 JSU. #GuardTheeYard
