This format has been doing super well lately (not just on this channel, its been working on other channels too)
"The (hidden/unfair) advantage of your (insert trait)"
You could fill the blank with hair color, height, birth month, sibling order, etc.
This is a great format to use if you can find a relevant use case for your channel

All of them are:

This channel focuses on "the soviet way"
I've seen a similar thing done in the productivity niche
There are like 5-6 channels talking about "the Japanese way" when it comes to habits, productivity and learning
This is clearly a proven format

Not because of views or ad revenue
But because of who's watching
I wonder is someone would actually buy a pre made tiny home after watching one of these videos
My guess is that it's highly unlikely
But you only need one person to buy to make $10K or more
You're obviously not going to build a tiny home tho 😭 I'm sure a company would be willing to partner with you and give you a % of sales

You're taking all of the existing proof of concept from one format
And then recreating it
The new video feels fresh to viewers
You're essentially guaranteeing that you go viral if you execute well on production, without having to directly copy 1-1

Day 1: Idea
Day 2: first post
Days 3-14 continue to post videos
Days 14-28: Iterate and improve
Day 30: Determine if you want to stay in the niche
AI makes is much easier to experiment, use it to your advantage

They combined the finance niche and the bible niche
The RPM on this channel is probably INSANE
These are some of the highest paying niches on YouTube
And they just combined them
Not only did they find a gap in the market, they also found one of the highest paying opportunities out there

Just because you have your face on your channel doesn't mean you can't use AI
You can still use AI to create scripts, b roll, etc
It can still be systemized if you know what you're doing
I lowkey realized this while I was using TubeGen
Like I could put my face on the video and then add/create all of the visuals with TubeGen and make a documentary vid
This would be a very interesting thing to try
