We've been busy building, and there's a lot more on the way! 🆙 Over the past few releases, we've introduced significant improvements to the Universal Profiles Browser Extension, expanding its capabilities, refining existing features, and making everyday interactions with web3 easier. With Extension Beta 105 now live, here's a closer look at what's changed and where we're heading. 🆙 More capabilities, all from your Universal Profile Your Universal Profile is becoming a more complete interface for interacting with web3. You can now: • Manage tokens and collectibles • Send and receive assets • Explore your transaction history • Connect to dApps and manage their permissions • Review controllers and profile access The new Chrome sidebar keeps your profile accessible as you browse, while the expanded full-page wallet brings your assets, activity, and settings together in one place. ⚙️ Continuous improvements, beyond new features With Beta 105, we've introduced direct access to your profile on Universal Everything, compatibility with the mobile app's newer backup encryption format, smoother navigation, and stronger password protection for newly created backups. We've also addressed issues affecting token balances, transfers, backup restoration, and profile management. These might not all be headline-grabbing changes, but they're essential to making Universal Profiles more reliable and practical for everyday use. 🌐 Building toward a better web3 experience Our vision has never been simply to introduce new standards or add more features. It's about making onchain identity genuinely useful. Your digital identity, assets, permissions, and connections should work together as part of a coherent experience, rather than feeling like disconnected pieces of infrastructure. That's what we're continuing to build. There's still plenty to improve, and our team is actively developing, testing, and refining the Universal Profiles experience, with more updates and functionality on the way. On LUKSO, LSP0 defines the smart contract account used by Universal Profiles. 🆙 It can execute calls, store and update data, validate signatures for the account, receive typed notifications from compatible contracts, and support additional functions through extensions! ✨
